Our primary expertise is in pavement and materials related areas, including pavement design, rehabilitation and maintenance designs, forensic evaluation, pavement management, materials specification and evaluation, construction management, construction inspection, and quality control/quality assurance. Our expertise in construction and construction inspection includes highway and bridge projects. Our expertise in training includes the development of training materials as well as course presentation. We have provided national level training courses to federal and state agency personnel, provided advanced technical lectures to other engineers, and taught college courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We have also coordinated workshops, seminars, and conferences. Our research experience includes large data collection activities, literature searches and compilation of previous research findings as well as data analysis, statistical validation of research results, and reporting. We have also written and implemented detailed quality control/quality assurance programs for both federal and state agencies.
